1 whole chicken, boiled, deboned
2 stems of celery
1 chopped onion
1 can pimiento
1 green pepper diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
large can Chinese noodles
1 boiled egg sliced


Boil chicken in seasoned water. Debone when cool. Saute celery and onion. Add pimiento, green pepper and soup. Simmer until bubbly. Add chicken, then pour mixture over the Chinese noodles and top with sliced eggs. Serve immediately. Optional: Let each person spoon the mixture over the amount of noodles they want that way if there are left overs it will not get soggy.
