Sweet Potato Pudding

5 cups grated sweet potatoes
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
4 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 T butter
Large Marshmellows cut in half


Combine all ingredients except marshmallows thoroughly. Pour into baking pan and bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. After about 30 minutes of baking, stir thoroughly from the bottom of the pan. Bake until firm but not dry. Turn oven off. Dot top of casserole with large marshmallows cut in half and let melt while still in the oven.
