Spicy Country Fried Chicken

1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp garlick salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp poultry seasing
1/2 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer
cut up and skinned
vegetable oil

White Gravy
salt and pepper to taste


Combine first 5 ing. in a paper bag, shake and set aside. Combine milk and egg. Put chicken pieces in the bag and coat them. Then put in egg mixture and then back into the bag and shake. Heat 1 inch of oil in large skillet to 325 degrees. Fry chicken 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Pour off the oil from the frying pan until you have abt. 3 T of drippings and oil on the bottom of the pan. Stir in 3 T flour stiring until browned. Add enough milk and stir until the gravy thickens to your likeing. Add more or less milk depending on the thickness you like. Salt and pepper to taste.
