1 Quart Cantaloupe, cut up
2 Cups Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
3 Tablespoon flour
2 Egg Yolk
1-1/2 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup Butter


Cook cantaloupe and water in large sauce pan until it turns to juice, mashing with potato masher. Let cool. Mix into large bowl, sugar, flour, and salt. Add egg yolks, and small amount of milk and beat one minute. Add remaining milk, vanilla and butter. Mix thoroughly. Add all ingredients to cantaloupe and cook until thick. Pour into two 8-inch BAKED pie shells. Top with meringue. Bake at 250 degree until brown.
