Southern Classic Waldorf Salad

2 T orange juice
3 large tart red apples, unpeeled and diced
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp sugar


Sprinkle orange juice over apples; toss gently and drain. Combine apples, celery, and next 4 ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired. You can add a banna if eaten soon.
