Southern Pecan Pie

3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
dash of salt
1 cup dark corn syrup (Karo)
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup pecan pieces
1 tsp vanilla
1 9" pastery shell unbaked


Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, corn syrup, and melted butter. Add pecans, pour into unbaked pastery shell. Bake 350 degrees for approx. 50 minutes.
