Praline Sauce

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light cream
3 T butter
1/2 cup pecans


In heavy sauce pan, combine sugar, brown sugar, cream and butter. Cook over medium high heat untill boiling. Stir constantly to dissolve sugars. Reduce heat. Cook and stir 5 more minutes or untill slightly thickened. Stir in pecans. Serve warm. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
