Peanut Butter Fudge

2 cups sugar
3 T butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 large jar 12 oz crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla


Place sugar, butter and milk in a heavy sauce pan. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil, let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add the marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour in a 9 inch square pan and cool. Cut into squares.
