Potato Salad

1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 T mustard
2 T vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked, cubed peeled potatoes (5 or 6 medium)
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped


Combine first 6 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 5 cups. Optional: Cook potatoes until slightly mushy drain any excess water and add ingredients. Serve hot. You can use Miracle Whip Salad Dressing instead of the Mayonaise. Celery seed instead of celery.
