Lemon Poppyseed cake

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sherry
1/4 cup poppy seeds



Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degree. Mix eggs, oil, sour cream and sherry until smooth. Add cake mix and pudding mix. Blend until moist. Add poppy seeds and beat at medium for two minutes. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool until barely warm and invert.
