Hot Spiced Apricot Tea

10 whle cloves
2 (2 inch) sticks cinnamon
3 cups water
2 regular-size tea bags
2 (12 oz) cans apricot nectar
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup lemon juice


Combine cloves and cinnamon in a tea ball or cheesecloth; set aside. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan; add tea bags. Remove from heat, cover, and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add spice mixture and remaining ingredients to tea; bring to a boil. Remove spices, and serve hot. Makes abt 6 cups.
