Italian Sausage Supper

Ingredients:

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 8 oz pkg. egg noodles
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup water
1 T sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano


Instructions:

Cook meat, onion and pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain fat. Stir in remaining ingredients; cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until noodles are tender, adding more water if necessary.
