Ingredients:Chop Ham, (caned, leftover or deli)
2 or 3 T pickled relish
2 T celery chopped
3 eggs boiled and chopped
Salad dressing or Mayonaise to taste.
Instructions:Chop the ham in food processer, add onions, relish, celery and blend with enough salad dressing or mayonaise to the consistency you like. Add the eggs by hand. Serve on bread for sandwitches or just as a salad.
