Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients:

4 Egg Yokes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 T lemon juice
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 lb. butter melted


Instructions:

Mix all ingredients except butter. Melt butter and slowly pour into first mixture while whipping it. Do not get too hot or it will cook the eggs.
