Ingredients:7 eggs (save the whites from three)
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1 16 oz pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 pie crust
Instructions:Beat eggs with the sugar and vanilla, add the buttermilk. Dissolve the chocolate chips in double boiler and add to mixture. Pour into crust. Make maringue from the whites of 3 eggs and pour over the top. Brown till golden.
