Ingredients:

1 stick margarine
3 1/2 T cocoa
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water

2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
pinch of salt

2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla



Instructions:

Bring to boil the first four ingredients. Sift together the next three ing. Pour the cho. mixture over the dry ing. and mix with mixer. Add the eggs, vanilla and the soda dissolved in the buttermilk. Beat for 2 minutes. Optional : 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake in a 9 x13 greased pan at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Topping; 1 stick margerine 3 1/2 T cocoa 1/3 cup milk Bring to boil and Beat in 1 box of powdered sugar, add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cup pecans.
