Ingredients:2 cups torn head lettuce
2 cups torn curley endive lettuce
2 cups torn romaine lettuce
6 T salad dressing
1 medium onion
1 1/2 cup caned baby peas
1 cup ham slices cut in julianne stips
swiss cheese cut in julianne strips
6 slices of bacon cooked crisp and crumbled.
Instructions:Place a third of the salad greens into a bowl, dot with several T of the salad dressing. Top with a third of the onion slices, sprinkle with sugar (abt 1 tsp.), dash of salt (1/2 tsp) and freshly ground pepper. Add a third of the peas and cheese. Repeat layers, seasoning each. Dont toss cover and chill 2 hours. Just before serving, top with bacon and toss.
