Sausage Pinwheels





1 pkg. Pillsbury cresent rolls
1 lb bulk sausage


Divide the pkg of rolls into 4 rectangles. Enlarge the rectangles of dough with a rolling pin. Spread 1/4 lb of sausage on each rectangle and roll up jelly roll fashion. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap or aluminum foil and freeze. When needed, take from freezeer and slice off 1/4 inch pinwheels. Bake 400 degrees for 10 to 15 min. or until lightly browned and the sausage is cooked. (You do not need to freeze this recipe.)
