Gazpacho

Ingredients:

8 cups tomato juice
6 T salad oil
4 T wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 medium cucumber, chopped fine
1 medium to large onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 large tomato, chopped fine.


Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well, cover and refrigerate overnight. Before serving garnish with croutons, or what ever. It is better if made at least one day in advance. Keeps well for several days in ref. Optional: Can be heated. From: Paula Howard
