2 oz cream cheese
1/4 T mint flavoring
1 2/3 cups
powdered sugar (more or less depending on the drops of coloring)
2 drops of coloring


Mash cream cheese with flavoring and color. When softened add powder sugar. Need until it is well mixed. Roll in balls and dip in granulated sugar and press into mold. Unmold unto wax paper. Cover and store in an air tight container.
