One Hour Omega Parker House Rolls

1 pkg yeast or cake
2 T luke warm water
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 T sugar
1/3 tsp salt
2 T butter
3 cups sifted flour


Dissolve yeast in luke warm water. Put milk, sugar, salt and one T butter into a sauce pan and heat until luke warm. (no hotter) Add dissolved yeast and flour. Cover and put in warm place for 15 minutes. Turn out on flowered board and pat to 1/2 inch in thickness. Cut with two inch biscuit cutter. Brush with remaining melted butter and fold dough over. Let rise on buttered baking sheet in a warm place for 15 minutes. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes or nicely browned.
