Marinade Salad

1 cup English Pea's drained
1 cup shoepeg white corn drained
1 small jar pimentos drained
1 bell pepper chopped
1 med onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped

1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup Wessin oil


Chop all veg. to abt the size of the peas and corn. Mix the marinade and pour over the veg. Mix well. Let set overnight. Drain of the marinade and serve. Keeps well until all gone. For a varity add or subtitute: 1 can red kidney beans 1 can cut green beans 1 can cut yellow beans
