Spaghetti and Meat Balls

Meat balls:
3/4 lb ground beef
1/4 lb ground pork
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Sauce (see next page)
1 8 oz pkg long spaghetti, cooked


Combine ingredients except speghetti; mix thoroughly. Form in small balls; brown in hot fat or Bake in hot oven 15 to 20 minutes. Add to sauce; cook 15 min. Arrange cooked spaghetti on hot platter with meat balls. Serve tomato sauce over spagetti. Top with Parmesan cheese.
