4 cups fresh corn cut from cob (abt 8 ears)
3 T butter
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Instructions:Cook beans in boiling salted water about 15 minutes or until almost tender; drain. Add corn, butter, whipping cream, salt and pepper; mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring often, 7 to 10 minutes, or until corn is done.
