4 cups fresh corn cut from cob (abt. 8 ears)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup half and half
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp Pepper


Combine corn and butter in a large skillet; cover and cook over low heat 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, over low heat 5 to 7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stiring frequently.
